In Côte d'Ivoire, the processing of personal data is governed by Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013. It grants you eight rights that any organisation processing your data must respect.

You can have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or erased.

You can request the removal of publicly indexed information about you.

You can refer the matter to the data protection authority if your rights are not respected.
